Expiration Terms

The rules and guidelines for our programs have been carefully reviewed and vetted by our legal counsel and are in compliance with current laws and regulations.

The Promotional Value of a voucher (defined as the value above the purchase price) will expire as listed on the deal page, unless prohibited by applicable state or federal law.

For mailed certificates, the Purchase Price (the amount paid by the purchaser) will not expire for a minimum of six (6) months from the purchase date, or for any longer period required under applicable law.

For Print on Demand vouchers, the Purchase Price will not expire for a minimum of five (5) years from the purchase date, or for any longer period required under applicable law.

Certain vouchers and offers – including but not limited to ticketed events, specific travel packages, and seasonal business promotions – may have an earlier expiration date, as explicitly stated in the voucher restrictions or offer description at the time of purchase.

No refunds shall be issued for vouchers that remain unused, regardless of expiration status, except where required by law. All expiration dates and applicable restrictions are clearly disclosed prior to purchase, and by completing a transaction, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these terms in full.

We encourage you to be aware of the expiration dates on all deals you purchase and to use them within the specified period to get the most value from your experience.
